Xpeng GX monthly deliveries
2026
Xpeng launched the G9L flagship 5-seat SUV in China on September 17, pairing it with the GX to address demand from families seeking 5-seat and 6-seat vehicles.
The G9L launched with a limited-time starting price of 231,800 yuan ($34,420), offering battery-electric and extended-range powertrains. The company plans to hold the model’s overseas launch in Paris, France, in October.
Xpeng announced on September 11 that the first mass-produced right-hand-drive G9L vehicles had rolled off the production line and would soon be shipped to Australia, as it advanced the model’s overseas roll-out.
Chairman and CEO He Xiaopeng said during the company’s earnings call in August that Xpeng would aim to exceed 60,000 monthly vehicle sales in the fourth quarter with the launch of new models, including the G9L and Mona L05 SUV.
That target is about 45% above September’s delivery level. Under plans the company announced in August, the Mona L05 is scheduled to launch in China in the fourth quarter, further expanding Xpeng’s SUV lineup.
Xpeng has consolidated its 4 product lines into 2 to focus R&D resources and reduce costs.
