    • Onvo is expected to reach its 100,000th vehicle delivery this weekend, bringing its total deliveries this month to 9,721 units.
    • As of the end of September, Onvo had cumulatively delivered 90,279 vehicles, including 68,707 L60s and 21,572 L90s.

Onvo today witnessed the rollout of its 100,000th mass-produced vehicle, marking a milestone for the sub-brand of Nio Inc (NYSE: NIO).

The brand announced the milestone on its mobile app today, saying that the 100,000th Onvo vehicle is expected to be delivered this weekend.

This would bring Onvo’s deliveries this month to about 9,721 units, considering the brand had accumulated 90,279 deliveries through the end of September.

Onvo delivered 15,246 vehicles last month, accounting for 43.87 percent of Nio Inc’s total monthly deliveries of 34,749 units, according to data compiled by CnEVPost.

Onvo’s first model, the L60 electric SUV (sport utility vehicle), delivered 4,249 units in September, while its second model, the L90 SUV, delivered 10,997 units during the same period.

Nio officially launched the Onvo brand on May 15, 2024, to enter the mass market after years of exploring the premium segment with its main Nio brand.

The five-seat L60 SUV, Onvo’s inaugural model, was officially launched on September 19, 2024, positioning as a competitor to Tesla’s (NASDAQ: TSLA) Model Y.

On September 19 this year, marking the L60’s one-year anniversary, Onvo launched the updated L60 with unchanged pricing, set for delivery later this month.

The updated L60 retains its 60-kWh standard-range battery pack, with a base price remaining at RMB 206,900 ($29,030).

Under the BaaS (Battery as a Service) model, its starting price stays at RMB 149,900, with battery rental fees beginning at RMB 599 per month.

The updated L60 features multiple experience enhancements in energy efficiency, range, smart cockpit, and comfort.

As of end-September, cumulative L60 deliveries reached 68,707 units, according to data compiled by CnEVPost.

On July 31, Onvo launched the L90 large SUV, offering six-seat and seven-seat configurations.

Deliveries of the L90 commenced on August 1, with 10,575 and 10,997 units delivered in the past two months respectively.

The L90 comes standard with an 85-kWh long-range battery pack, with a starting price of RMB 265,800 including the battery pack — considered competitive.

Under the BaaS plan, the Onvo L90 starts at RMB 179,800 with a monthly battery rental fee of RMB 899.

    ($1 = RMB 7.1264)

The ES8’s September deliveries marked its highest volume since January 2019, making it Nio brand’s third-highest delivering model.
