The Automotive Parts Services Group brought together nearly 1,000 members, suppliers and associates for its annual membership conference, emphasizing growth, supply chain efficiency and stronger collaboration across the aftermarket.

The four‑day event at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort in Orlando carried the theme “Choose Success,” reflecting a focus on identifying new business opportunities and strengthening partnerships within the group’s network.

“This year’s APSG conference provided members of The Group, suppliers and associates with a valuable face‑to‑face forum to explore new and existing revenue opportunities, improve supply chain efficiencies and help advance key industry initiatives that benefit everyone,” said Jeff Koviak, chief executive officer of The Group.

A key change for this year’s conference was a new format designed to increase one‑on‑one engagement between members and supplier partners. Organizers said the shift allowed for more direct business discussions and helped participants focus on long‑term growth priorities.

“There was a lot of business happening at the APSG conference,” Koviak said. “The new format allowed for more time to focus on the big picture, determine priorities for growth and establish customer‑centric initiatives that will lead to successful outcomes for all.”

The Group also honoured four supplier partners. Members of the Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance, Federated Auto Parts and The Pronto Network made their picks for their best suppliers in key categories. The winners were:

    • Catalog & Product Data Excellence — Dorman Products
    • Excellence in Education & Training — Standard Motor Products
    • Member Service Level Excellence — East Penn Manufacturing
    • National Account & Banner Shop Support — FCS Automotive

“With more than 64 suppliers earning winning votes for these elite awards, Dorman, Standard Motor Products, East Penn and FCS were deemed the best of the best,” Koviak said. “We appreciate the partnership and support of these APSG-approved vendors and thank them for consistently providing exceptional service to our members.”

The conference featured meetings, a vendor expo, general sessions, networking events and brand‑specific member meetings. The expanded format, the Group said, aimed to balance relationship‑building with practical business development, reflecting the group’s focus on delivering measurable outcomes for participants.

APSG said the event continues to serve as a central gathering point for its network, offering a platform for members and suppliers to align strategies, address supply chain challenges and pursue new opportunities in a changing aftermarket landscape.
