The fifth-generation Toyota GR Supra is getting one heck of a sendoff. Toyota North America has donated the final GR Supra MkV Final Edition to Reach Out WorldWide, the disaster-relief organization founded by the late Paul Walker, and the one-of-a-kind sports car will cross the block at the 2027 Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale Auction. Scheduled for January 23 through 31 at WestWorld of Scottsdale, the sale will send the entire hammer price directly to ROWW and its disaster-response efforts. For Supra fans, this is more than another charity auction. It is a chance to own a genuine closing chapter in the history of one of Toyota’s most recognizable performance cars.

Toyota made sure this particular Supra would stand apart from the rest of the 2026 Final Edition production run. The car wears unique Phantom Gray paint, carries a commemorative VIN ending in 99999, and has been signed by Akio Toyoda, better known to enthusiasts by his racing alter ego, Morizo. Under the hood sits the familiar turbocharged 3.0-liter inline-six producing 382 horsepower, paired here with the enthusiast-approved six-speed manual transmission. Final Edition upgrades include larger Brembo brakes, revised suspension tuning, additional chassis reinforcement, recalibrated differential control, and aerodynamic touches such as a carbon-fiber ducktail spoiler, front wheel-arch flaps, and taller front spats. The cabin continues the theme with Alcantara, leather, red stitching, and red accents.

There is also some fitting history behind the auction. Barrett-Jackson handled the charity sale of the first global production MkV Supra back in January 2019, when the revived sports car was still one of the most anticipated new performance models on the planet. That first production Supra ultimately sold for an astonishing $2.1 million to benefit the Bob Woodruff Foundation. Seven years later, Toyota and Barrett-Jackson are essentially bookending the MkV generation by auctioning its final example for another charitable cause. Whether this last car can match or even exceed that $2.1 million figure remains to be seen, but its combination of provenance, a special VIN, Akio Toyoda’s signature, and final-production status should give collectors plenty of motivation.

The beneficiary adds another meaningful layer to the story. Reach Out WorldWide was founded by Paul Walker in 2010 and deploys skilled volunteers and first responders to communities affected by natural disasters. The Walker family and Barrett-Jackson have worked together on several charitable vehicle sales over the years, while FuelFest has also helped raise more than $1 million for ROWW since 2018. Before the Supra reaches Scottsdale in January, enthusiasts will have opportunities to see the car at other Barrett-Jackson events, beginning with the 2026 Las Vegas Auction. For anyone who has followed the MkV Supra from its controversial but hugely anticipated return to its final model year, seeing the very last example sold for a cause like this feels like an appropriately memorable way for the generation to bow out.
