The Aston Martin Vanquish premiered at the 2001 Geneva Motor Show as the brand’s new grand-touring coupe, slotting above the DB7 at the time. Featuring a fantastic naturally aspirated V12 engine and a beautiful body by designer Ian Callum, the Vanquish was an instant critical darling.
Now, the automaker is commemorating the vehicle’s launch by debuting the new Vanquish 25 special edition. It’s limited to 50 examples worldwide – 25 coupes and 25 Volante convertibles. Meanwhile, Ferrari is building 1,499 units of its upcoming 12Cilindri Manuale grand-touring supercar.

The Vanquish 25 cars come from Q, Aston Martin’s in-house personalization division. The design takes inspiration from the silver car on display at the debut in Geneva in 2001 by wearing the exclusive shade Q Skye Silver. The new styling elements include metal foil details on the side sills, shield vanes, and Aston Martin script. The side strake trim is stainless steel, and Q adds dark exhaust finishers. Tiny “Vanquish 25” emblems identify these cars as among the special editions. The cars also ride on 21-inch forged wheels, with the V-shaped elements in a different finish to highlight them visually.
Inside, the Vanquish 25 offers Onyx Black, Oxford Tan, or Phantom Grey leather upholstery, with a mix of perforated and smooth sections adding texture to the cabin. The seats feature an embroidered “Vanquish 25” logo on the headrest. There’s also laser-etched trim and bespoke rotary geometry on the center console. All of them have a black Alcántara headliner.

The Vanquish 25 will debut to ultra-wealthy potential buyers at Monterey Car Week running from August 10-16, 2026. The first customer deliveries of the special edition will be in the fourth quarter of 2026. “The 50 units will be on a first-come, first-serve basis and will be distributed worldwide according to sales allocation,” an Aston Martin spokesperson told CarBuzz. In the United States, they will start at $596,300 for the coupe and $634,700 for the Volante.
Beyond these styling touches, this special edition is still a modern Vanquish. The latest model packs a twin-turbocharged 5.2-liter V12 making 824 horsepower and 738 pound-feet of torque. Buy one while you can because the V12 can reportedly only survive until the end of the decade. The only gearbox option is an eight-speed automatic. In the hottest configuration, the model can reach 62 miles per hour in 3.3 seconds and a top speed of 214 mph.
