UAP Inc. has added SuperTech Auto Repair to its NAPA Autopro and NexDrive networks, bringing five repair facilities in British Columbia’s Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island into the independent repair shop program.
The move expands NAPA Autopro’s presence in Western Canada and adds a multi-location operator known for its focus on diagnostics, technician development and customer service.
“We’re thrilled to welcome SuperTech to the NAPA Autopro family,” said Joshua Braithwaite, national director of NAPA Autopro. “Their reputation for technical excellence, customer service and continuous innovation makes them an outstanding addition to our network.”
According to UAP, SuperTech selected NAPA Autopro and NexDrive as part of its long-term growth strategy after evaluating available technology, training and business support programs.
For SuperTech founder and CEO Mike De Ciantis, the decision was tied to supporting future growth while maintaining the company’s existing culture and service standards.
“Every major decision we make starts with one question: Will this help us deliver a better experience for our customers?” De Ciantis said. “As we’ve grown, it became clear that we needed a strategic partner with the scale, technology, training and vision to support where we’re going — not just where we are today.”
The company cited NAPA’s investments in technician training, diagnostics, emerging vehicle technologies and business development as key factors in the decision. Participation in NexDrive is also expected to support SuperTech’s efforts to service a growing number of electric vehicles.
“This partnership doesn’t change who we are — it strengthens who we are,” De Ciantis said. “Our customers will continue to see the same people, the same values and the same commitment to doing the job right.”
SuperTech operates five locations across British Columbia and provides maintenance and repair services for a wide range of vehicle makes and models. The company said it plans to continue expanding its footprint in the province while investing in people, technology and customer service.
