Li Auto announced earlier today that it will officially launch the next-generation Li L6 on July 16, a key step in the comprehensive renewal of its L-series extended-range models.
According to local media outlet Leiphone, driven by rising prices of memory chips and lithium carbonate, the combined per-vehicle cost of the next-generation Li L6 has increased by more than 14,000 yuan ($2,060), and the model may see a price hike at launch.
The Li L7 delivered 754 units in June, down 90.89% year-on-year and down 69.41% from May, accounting for 2.44% of total deliveries. It is currently the only L-series model for which no revamp plans have been announced.
