Sponsored by Vans, Coco Zurita is one of the world’s top BMX athletes with multiple X Games podiums to his name. But Zurita is also a bit of a car nut, and he recently teamed up with Acura for the rad one-off ADX project we’re about to inspect. It is the sportsman’s third official collaboration with Honda’s luxury division, having previously worked side-by-side with the brand on a custom 2023 Integra and a 2024 TLX Type S.
This 2026-model Acura ADX was dubbed the “CZ-77 Concept,” and it’s packed full of snazzy bits and pieces inside out. We’ve got a long list of modifications to get through here, so let’s go right ahead and see what sets the CZ-77 apart from Acura’s regular subcompact SUV.

Starting with that sweet custom-made body kit, we’re greeted by a carbon fiber splitter at the front and beefy fender flares on the sides. Carbon side skirts are also present left and right, while the rear end carries a big old diffuser for improved aerodynamics and a metal bash bar right above it. The bodywork is adorned with graphics inspired by Vans’ Zurita-themed, special-edition sneakers.
We’re not done with the exterior just yet, though, because the quad exhaust tips at the back are a not-so-subtle hint at fresh custom pipework. Then you’ve got those 19-inch Rotiform wheels – complete with aero discs, measuring 9.5 inches in width, and hugged by grippy Yokohama Advan Sport V105 rubber. The cabin is just as intriguing as what we’ve just seen outside.
What’s Inside The CZ-77 Concept?
The interior takes the Vans theme even further, with a checkered pattern present on various items like the pedals and seats. Speaking of which, those premium bucket seats were supplied by Sparco together with the harnesses and steering wheel. The rear seating got taken out of the equation altogether, making room for a sturdy NRG harness bar.
Around 90% of the fabric used throughout the cabin was sourced directly from Vans for that extra bit of authenticity, and the patterns found on all that premium upholstery were designed by Zurita himself. There’s one more interesting surprise out back, that being a tailor-made mounting arrangement designed to hold a BMX bike.
CarBuzz Insight – Why This Matters:
The partnership between Acura and Coco Zurita has once again spawned a spectacular one-of-a-kind vehicle we can’t get enough of, continuing the trend initiated by that first Integra four years ago. And although the base ADX only has 190 horsepower and 179 pound-feet of torque to play with, the CZ-77 spices things up visually with its undeniably sporty character.
But sadly, there are no plans to release anything of this sort to the public as a special-edition ADX. The CZ-77 Concept is a one-off build just like the other two vehicles previously made in collaboration with Zurita, so this is the one and only specimen that’ll ever exist. Nonetheless, we’re already aching to see what the next Acura–Zurita collab will bring to the table.
