The biggest car news and reviews, no BS Our free daily newsletter sends the stories that really matter directly to you, every weekday. I’ve seen people do some silly stuff with Lamborghinis during my time on the internet. There was that hard-to-watch YouTuber who used one to tow cars on a U-Haul trailer, and also the Huracan Sterrato owner who thought a mild suspension lift was enough to take on the snowy hills near Lake Tahoe in February. Fortunately, the owners of this Huracan Super Trofeo in Thailand have a bit more sense than either of those other examples. You…

California-based Evotrex unveiled its first travel trailer, the PG5. It has a Tesla-style NACS port, an LFP battery pack, an electric motor and a gas engine that acts as a generator. The RV off-grid trailer can charge an EV or keep the lights on inside a house thanks to its vehicle-to-home feature. Evotrex, a newcomer in the RV game, has unveiled its first trailer at CES 2026 in Las Vegas. The Evotrex-PG5 was announced late last year, but now we have all the details on what the startup calls “the world’s first power-generated RV trailer built for elevated off-grid travel.”…

CES 2026 is in full swing, and Razer is cutting deep with interesting and wacky technology as always (outside the AI stuff). My favorite one, however, being rather simple: a controller. That’s right, Razer is launching the new Wolverine V3 controller, and unlike its predecessors, it’s equipped with Bluetooth, and not just any Bluetooth. Razer […]

Miata sales were up 7.7 percent last year. Demand has been stable throughout the ND generation. A new Miata is expected to arrive later this decade. Usually, when a car approaches the end of its life cycle, its popularity begins to wane. However, sales figures show that the beloved Miata doesn’t follow that trend. It’s easy to see why, since the MX-5 doesn’t have a direct rival, although some buyers do cross-shop it with the Subaru BRZ and Toyota GR86. Sales data confirms that 2025 was a great year for the sporty convertible in the United States, broadly in line…

Fast and Furious films have morphed into superhero-level adventure sagas. The physics-defying action has come to define the series. Ranking the Top Five wild scenes is no easy task. The insanity started with a relatively simple film. An undercover LA police officer, working with the FBI, infiltrates a gang of street racers to figure out how and why electronic goods are being stolen. The Fast and the Furious kicked off a franchise that followed a familiar path, until everything roars well past the laws of physics in Fast Five. We now have car-related movies that feature vehicles riding cables across chasms, jumping between high-rise…

Automotive For the past couple of years, Dodge has been trying to reboot the Charger story with a new playbook, and a lot of muscle fans have been reading it with crossed arms. The Charger Daytona EV showed up first with big numbers and plenty of tech, but it never quite scratched that old-school itch. Then the 2026 Charger Sixpack arrived to bring gas power back into the conversation with the twin-turbo Hurricane inline-six, yet plenty of people still heard the same question at every cars and coffee: “Yeah, but when does the V-8 come back?” That question…

Intel announced yesterday that it’s developing an entire “handheld gaming platform” powered by its new Panther Lake chips, and joining an increasingly competitive field. Ligier recently hit the news by recording the slowest ever lap of the Nürburgring, amusingly claiming this “hinted at its glorious history”. But what exactly is that history? Well, the name Ligier first appeared in Autocar in March 1964, on the entry list for the forthcoming Le Mans 24 Hours. Driving for the French importer of Porsches, Guy Ligier would finish seventh in a 904. It had taken the 33-year-old seven years to reach this point since entering his first car race – a rise that was inspiringly self-propelled. Ligier had lost his father, a Vichy farmer, aged seven and left school…

Last week we brought you a Toyota GR86 that was transformed into a Safari-style off-road sports car by a Japanese tuner called Kuhl. This week, it’s another Toyota that has gotten the off-road treatment from Kuhl. It’s not another sports car, though, it’s a Toyota that’s actually meant for dirt.
