The setting is now available within the Meta AI app. The company has begun notifying glasses owners about the change with a pop-up in the Meta AI app. “Your Al glasses can translate a menu, identify a plant and more,” it says. “You can opt out of providing…
The Drive 🤝 your inbox. Every weekday The Daily Brief wraps up the biggest stories and our exclusive reporting on the auto industry and car culture. You hear it all the time: New cars are complicated. Automakers could make them less complicated, but that’s not really their bag, so instead we can only watch as software sinks its claws ever deeper into every aspect of driving. Long gone are the days when control units were siloed and tied to ancillary features; today, everything from entertainment to safety to propulsion itself runs through code. And when there’s a problem with that…

Finding a 2.0-liter inline-four that’s capable of producing 325 horsepower isn’t all that impressive these days. The increased popularity of turbocharging has made that sort of punch a reality. Customers can even find it in hot hatches such as the Volkswagen Golf R and the Honda Civic Type R. Remove the turbocharger, though, and 325 hp from a tiny engine becomes much more difficult to achieve. That is, unless you’re Boreham Motorworks. The British motorsport company recently unveiled an engine that pumps out 325 hp without a turbocharger, while weighing just 187 pounds. It’s called the TEN-K, and in order…
When almost every other automaker was scrambling to catch up with Tesla, buoyed by the tech industry pushing the narrative that in just a few years the only cars people would be buying are all-electric, Mazda seemed to just shrug its shoulders and toss out a compliance car in the US and appease European legislation, albeit with realistic range this time. Now, Mazda is saying the quiet part out loud – it doesn’t believe the all-electric hype. That doesn’t mean Mazda doesn’t accept the realities of new technologies, though. Mazda’s Reluctance To Dive Headfirst Into Electrification Has Paid Off 2025…

The price is even lower right now at Amazon when you enter the code ROKUOLED300 at checkout. It knocks a clean $300 off, as the code indicates, making this the most affordable modern 55-inch OLED you can get right now.If you’re more of a 65-inch TV kind of person, you’re in luck, as there’s a code that knocks…
The Drive 🤝 your inbox. Every weekday The Daily Brief wraps up the biggest stories and our exclusive reporting on the auto industry and car culture. Tim Burton’s Batman Returns is one of the best, if not the best, movies in the Batman franchise. What is a fact, however, is that the Batmobile created for the 1992 film is the most noteworthy of the superhero’s garage—which arguably contains many cool machines. Now, the very creation used in the movie’s driving sequences is going up for auction. The price estimate? Not cheap. Julien’s Auctions will offer the bespoke machine on November…
