Superior Tire & Auto has converted its corporate shop at 395A Danforth Road in Scarborough into an owner‑operated franchise, marking the network’s first new franchise addition in more than 15 years. The move expands the brand’s franchise footprint within Auto Service Group’s Ontario network.
New owner‑operator Murat Mulayim takes over the location with 30 years of experience in the tire, automotive and retail sectors across four continents. His background supports the shop’s technical staffing and service management standards.
“This shop is built around three things: customer service, competitive offerings, and convenience,” said Mulayim. “Customers should leave knowing exactly what was done to their vehicle, why it mattered, and that the price was fair.”
The Danforth Road facility provides full mechanical repair and maintenance services, including tire sales and storage, engine diagnostics, brakes, suspension, steering, exhaust repair, routine maintenance and digital alignment.

Superior Tire & Auto was established in 1942 and operates under Auto Service Group, which runs 28 locations across Southwest Ontario through six brands, including The Mufflerman, EuroMechanic, Fleet Specialties, Sil’s and 4 Aces, along with eight franchised Superior Tire & Auto shops.
