Many people will probably tell you to buy a car – that way, you can own it for as long as you’d like, then sell it when you’re done to make some money back. However, if you’re one of those people who would rather drive a new car every few years, and you don’t want to constantly think about resale value, then leasing might be the way to go. With that in mind, Subaru is offering lease deals for every model it currently sells. You can get into a brand-new Subaru for relatively cheap, whether you want a family SUV like the Ascent, or a two-door sports car like the BRZ. Here are all the current Subaru lease deals in order from the most expensive to the least expensive monthly payment.

    Subaru

    Founded

    15 July 1953

    Founder

    Chikuhei Nakajima

    Headquarters

    Ebisu, Shibuya, Japan

    Owned By

    Subaru Corporation

    Current CEO

    Atsushi Osaki

Lease deals vary from region to region, and you will need to input your zip code to view Subaru’s current deals on their website; all lease deals mentioned in this article use a Los Angeles, California region code. The deals listed here are for the month of October, and will expire after October 31st, 2025.

MSRPs listed exclude destination, options, and other fees, and are correct at the time of writing – automakers reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Models are listed from the most expensive to the least expensive monthly payment. Photos may represent higher trim levels.

    2025 Subaru WRX Premium

    Monthly Lease Payment: $399

2025 Subaru WRX Premium Lease Offer

    Monthly Payment

    $399

    Lease Term

    36 months

    Amount Due At Signing

    $3,149

You can find Subaru deals for every model on sale this year, but the most expensive lease currently offered is for the WRX Premium. This all-wheel-drive compact sedan is one of the most powerful models the brand has to offer; pair it with a manual transmission, and you have yourself a fun canyon cruiser. Discuss any potential restrictions about track days with your dealer beforehand, though. At the end of this Subaru lease, you’ll have spent at least $17,513.

    10

    2025 Subaru Ascent Premium

    Monthly Lease Payment: $375

2025 Subaru Ascent Premium Lease Offer

    Monthly Payment

    $375

    Lease Term

    36 months

    Amount Due At Signing

    $4,374

It’s no sports sedan, but the next most expensive model on this list of Subaru lease specials is the Ascent SUV. This is the automaker’s sole three-row SUV, and it’s perfect for families with room for up to eight occupants. The Premium trim that’s being offered for lease this October also has a 5,000-pound towing capacity for small trailers or boats. If you want to lease one for the next three years, you can lock in a rate of $375. By the end of the lease, you will have spent at least $17,874.

    9

    2025 Subaru BRZ Premium

    Monthly Lease Payment: $375

2025 Subaru BRZ Premium Lease Offer

    Monthly Payment

    $375

    Lease Term

    36 months

    Amount Due At Signing

    $2,974

The Subaru BRZ is an icon among affordable sports cars, and it holds value rather well. This is one case where you have a great chance of spending less money by buying one, then selling it after three years, than if you were to lease one. Subaru financing deals can probably help you out with a relatively decent rate if you choose to go down that avenue. However, if you choose to lease anyway, you’ll spend at least $16,474 at the end of 36 months.

    8

    2026 Subaru Impreza Sport

    Monthly Lease Payment: $319

2026 Subaru Impreza Sport Lease Offer

    Monthly Payment

    $319

    Lease Term

    36 months

    Amount Due At Signing

    $2,919

The Impreza is one of those Subaru specials that you can’t forget about. It’s relatively affordable, reliable, has decent fuel economy, and it can fit a fair amount of cargo inside. Pictured above is the Sport trim, since Subaru hasn’t published any official photos of the base model, but you get the picture. There are only two all-wheel-drive hatchbacks on sale in the US for under $30k right now, and this is one of them. If you want to lease instead of buy, though, then you’ll spend at least $14,403.

    7

    2026 Subaru Crosstrek Base

    Monthly Lease Payment: $295

2026 Subaru Crosstrek Base Lease Offer

    Monthly Payment

    $295

    Lease Term

    36 months

    Amount Due At Signing

    $3,294

We mentioned in the note above that the photos might not always match the trim level being offered; well, here’s one of those cases. Just imagine the car being less cool than the photos above, and you have the Crosstrek Base. With that being said, even the base model is capable of some light off-roading. It has reasonable ground clearance, good cargo space, and modern tech that you won’t be disappointed with. You can get your hands on one for a total of at least $13,914 after three years of payments.

    6

    2025 Subaru Legacy Base

    Monthly Lease Payment: $279

2025 Subaru Legacy Base Lease Offer

    Monthly Payment

    $279

    Lease Term

    36 months

    Amount Due At Signing

    $4,064

We were sad to hear about the last Subaru Legacy leaving the factory recently, but it was about time to discontinue the model after its rather poor sales lately. The American market simply doesn’t care enough about sedans these days to make one worthy of production for many automakers. If you happen to be one of the few people who still want a four-door, all-wheel-drive sedan without spending luxury car money, here’s your last opportunity to secure one. You can lease a 2025 Legacy base trim for $279/month, which comes out to $14,108 after 36 months including the money due at signing.

    5

    2025 Subaru Solterra Premium

    Monthly Lease Payment: $279

2025 Subaru Solterra Premium Lease Offer

    Monthly Payment

    $279

    Lease Term

    36 months

    Amount Due At Signing

    $2,278

There’s an all-new Subaru Solterra coming out for the 2026 model year, but the only one for lease at the moment is the 2025 model. It’s dramatically different – if it were our money, we’d wait until the 2026 model is available. However, if you need a new car at this very moment, and a Solterra is at the top of your list, then you can lease this one for $279/month. After thirty-six months, you’ll have spent at least $12,322 including the amount due at signing.

    4

    2025 Subaru Forester Base

    Monthly Lease Payment: $275

2025 Subaru Forester Base Lease Offer

    Monthly Payment

    $275

    Lease Term

    36 months

    Amount Due At Signing

    $4,274

We talked about how great the Subaru Ascent was earlier, but the brand offers another practical family SUV with just two rows, as well. The Forester is a bit smaller overall, but it’s still a practical solution for smaller families if you need cargo space, ground clearance, and more. The 2025 model year marked the beginning of the Forester’s sixth generation, so it’s packed with modern tech, even at the base trim like this lease is for. At the end of thirty-six months, you’ll have spent at least $14,174.

    3

    2025 Subaru Outback Base

    Monthly Lease Payment: $275

2025 Subaru Outback Base Lease Offer

    Monthly Payment

    $275

    Lease Term

    36 months

    Amount Due At Signing

    $4,274

Subaru finance deals might be able to help you land a better trim level of the Outback without breaking the bank, but as far as leases go, the base model is all you can get for now. It’s nothing to be ashamed of, though; every version of this impressive wagon can take you off the beaten path if you set your mind to it. It’s not as well-equipped as the rest of them, but the base trim can fit plenty of cargo and seat up to five people inside. Leasing one will set you back at least $14,174 – the same as the Forester, for those of you paying attention.

    2

    2025 Subaru Crosstrek Base

    Monthly Lease Payment: $249

2025 Subaru Crosstrek Base Lease Offer

    Monthly Payment

    $249

    Lease Term

    36 months

    Amount Due At Signing

    $2,748

We talked about an opportunity to lease the new 2026 Crosstrek earlier, but Subaru is still offering the 2025 model at a more affordable rate. For $46/month less than the 2026 model, you can drive off the dealer’s lot with essentially the same car. The 2025 and 2026 models are both still in the relatively new third generation. Since both available models are base trims, you won’t be missing much by choosing the cheaper option. With that being said, you’ll be set back at least $11,712 at the end of three years with this one.
