MAHLE will introduce five new products and concepts at Automechanika Frankfurt 2026, highlighting digital tools, workshop equipment and new service models. The company says the launches strengthen its workshop ecosystem and support independent service providers with new technology and business opportunities.
“Our new workshop ecosystem is designed to facilitate the transformation from today’s traditional repair shops into the digital mobility service centers of tomorrow,” said Philipp Grosse Kleimann, Member of the MAHLE Management Committee and Head of MAHLE Lifecycle and Mobility. “We empower distributors and workshops with the right tools to increase productivity, unlock new business opportunities, and achieve sustainable growth.”
The company’s new Workshop Portal serves as a digital platform that combines technical information, training, documentation, expert support and AI‑powered research tools. It includes a ticketing system for repair and diagnostic inquiries, webinars, industry updates and marketing materials.
MAHLE is also launching its “MAHLE Climate Expert” workshop concept, which provides participating shops with branding, marketing support, training and an online presence for booking climate and thermal management services.
The new generation of ArcticPRO A/C service units features four performance levels, automated and AI‑assisted service processes, large touchscreens up to 10 inches, integrated tutorials and connectivity for automatic software updates. The units support R134a, R1234yf, R444A and R456A refrigerants.
MAHLE Mobile Service will allow workshops to perform maintenance and repair work directly at customer locations, including oil changes, brake service, inspections, diagnostics, software updates, battery service and A/C work.
The CareMetix Natural cabin air filter uses sheep’s wool to reduce the product’s carbon footprint while maintaining filtration performance. It removes particles, pollutants and volatile organic compounds and is designed to reduce materials that contribute to microplastics.
