And to bring it all together was Lars Strandridder, the Tesla enthusiast turned famous YouTube personality content creator who recently joined 3W Auto-life as a brand ambassador. Lars was on hand at Tesla Takeover Europe, sharing some insights into his history with the Tesla brand, how he pivoted to the influencer life, and why 3W was the perfect fit for him (and his Teslas).

Lars’ voice has been one Tesla fans have trusted for years, but it wasn’t until 2024 when he was officially recognized as Top Speaker at Tesla Takeover Europe.
“It was a nice feeling, seeing some of all the people you only talk to online,” says Lars when asked how it felt to finally be recognized in that setting. “Everyone was just so nice and welcoming, like we have known each other for many years, even though we just met for the first time.”
North America vs. Europe – How Tesla Owners Differ
Lars may be a Dane based in Europe, but his influence is global, and he’s trusted by Tesla fans both in America and across Europe for his honesty and insightfulness. And he shared some of his insight with us on how Tesla owners differ between North America and Europe.
“We are more patient [in Europe], still waiting for FSD Supervised,” he says jokingly, before addressing the real differences between the two. “I think many owners in Europe are more ‘normal’ car owners, and not necessarily a Tesla fan, just the best EV you can get for the price, that you know just works.”

Lars’ reputation is a global one, with 111,000 subscribers on YouTube spread across the globe. “Most of my viewers are from the United States, who would also visit events such as EV Fest California,” he says, “But I am followed by fans from more than 50 different countries. It’s honestly pretty amazing to see such a wide global spread.” But what he finds most touching is “knowing that Tesla owners and fans from such different cultures, languages, and backgrounds are all united by the same excitement.”
