Only shortly after its brief teaser campaign, the Rezvani Beast X is here. The California-based automaker specializes in taking existing models as a basis and overhauling them to make them far more aggressive than the original. For example, the Tank takes the Jeep Wrangler and gives it a chiseled body, while offering a supercharged 6.2-liter V8 making 1,000 horsepower.
The Beast X… has a bit more horsepower than that. And it’s an exceptionally rare machine.
The Rezvani Beast X

Like the regular Beast, the new X uses a Chevrolet Corvette as its bones, but this model packs a mid-mounted, twin-turbocharged 6.2-liter V8 with forged internals, in addition to an electric motor on the front axle. The setup delivers 1,560 horsepower, 1,280 pound-feet of torque, and all-wheel drive. The engine hooks up to an eight-speed dual-clutch gearbox. The company claims the car can reach 60 miles per hour in 1.9 seconds, pretty much matching the Corvette ZR1X’s acceleration time of 1.89 seconds.
The Beast X wears a carbon-fiber body. The styling includes a prominent front splitter and a low-slung front end. The headlights are semi-hidden at the tip of the nose. The heavily sculpted hood has a big vent near the windshield. There’s also a roof-mounted scoop for delivering more cool air to the engine bay. However, there isn’t a rear window, which is going to severely limit visibility.

The body features has wide fender vents at the back. Plus, the rear wing has a fascinating design with two elements and a pair of uprights in the center. A large diffuser includes a three-exit exhaust in the center, with the pipes arranged in a triangle.
The hypercar rides on magnesium wheels that reduce unsprung mass by seven pounds per wheel. They have a 20-inch diameter in front with 275/30ZR20 tires, and a 21-inch size at the back with 345/25ZR21 tires.

The interior looks very similar to the C8 Corvette. Rezvani adds carbon-fiber seats, with buyers able to customize the upholstery. The driver grips a steering yoke rather than a wheel.
Understanding Rezvani
Rezvani Beast XRezvani
The Beast X is closely related to the standard model. The regular Beast gets a twin-turbocharged 6.2-liter V8 making 1,000 hp. It can get to 60 miles per hour in 2.5 seconds and a quarter-mile time of 9.6 seconds. The company offers unique options for a supercar, such as a bullet-resistant body and the ability to create a smoke screen. The car is limited to just 20 units.
In addition to the Beast, Rezvani offers the Vengence, based on the Cadillac Escalade, with body armor and a bar inside. There’s also the Jeep Gladiator-based Fortress and the high-riding Dune, using the Lamborghini Huracan as a starting point. Meanwhile, the Dark Knight turns a Lamborghini Urus into a mean SUV fit for Batman.

Rezvani is only making five examples of the Beast X. The company is taking $1,500 refundable deposits for them. The company isn’t yet disclosing the full price, but the standard Beast starts at $585,000. It’s safe to expect this one to cost even more.
CarBuzz Insights — Why This Matters:
Rezvani appeals to folks who want to make their presence known, and the Beast X doesn’t disappoint from that perspective. With over 1,500 hp on tap, the X should be able to out-accelerate just about everything on the road, other than a handful of other hypercars.
