Chevrolet is marking America’s 250th anniversary with a patriotic lineup that manages to avoid going over the top. The new Stars and Steel Collection brings American flag-inspired graphics, dark metallic accents, and special trim details to the Corvette, Colorado, Silverado 1500, Silverado HD, and Silverado EV. It is a fitting move for a brand that recently brought back its Heartbeat of America messaging and continues to lean into its connection with American performance, trucks, and manufacturing.

The Corvette gets the most exclusive treatment, with production limited to just 250 examples. Available across the 2026 Corvette family, including Stingray, E-Ray, Z06, ZR1, and ZR1X, the Stars and Steel package adds full-length grayscale flag striping, special door graphics noting the country’s founding and 250th anniversary, unique sill plates, and a serialized dash plaque. Edge Red brake calipers and engine cover accents add just enough color to break up the black-and-white theme.

Inside, Chevy brings the red, white, and blue theme into the cabin without making it feel like a parade float. Arctic White cars get a Santorini Blue interior with red seatbelts, while black exterior cars are paired with an Adrenaline Red cabin and the same red belts. Red stitching on the floor mats and model-specific details help finish off the limited-edition feel. The Corvette Stars and Steel package adds $9,995 to 3LT and 3LZ models, whether coupe or convertible.

Chevrolet’s truck lineup gets a broader version of the Stars and Steel theme, with no 250-unit limit like the Corvette. The treatment applies to the Colorado, Silverado 1500, Silverado HD, and Silverado EV, with each model using white or black exterior paint, subtle flag graphics, blacked-out accents, and equipment packages tailored to the vehicle. It is less about creating collector pieces and more about giving truck buyers a distinctive anniversary-themed look with useful upgrades included.

The Silverado EV RST gets one of the bolder configurations, adding the stripe package, 24-inch gloss black wheels, black badging, and a heavy-duty Brembo brake system with red calipers. Pricing starts at $99,945 with the Extended Range battery and $108,445 with the Max Range pack. That puts it firmly in premium electric truck territory, but the Stars and Steel appearance gives it a more aggressive personality than the standard RST.

For traditional truck buyers, the Silverado 1500 Stars and Steel package is based on a crew-cab RST with the short bed, 6.2-liter V8, and all-wheel drive. It adds 22-inch wheels, assist steps, a performance air intake, a branded soft bed cover, and required option content, with the package adding $14,395 on top of a starting point of at least $52,790. The Silverado HD version goes even further, starting with the LTZ Trail Boss crew cab, four-wheel drive, and the Duramax 6.6-liter diesel V8. Its package adds $15,135 to a truck that starts at a minimum of $72,595.

The Colorado Stars and Steel package starts with the Trail Boss trim and brings 20-inch black wheels, the Midnight Package with sport bar and light bar, red tow hooks, a black exhaust tip, and several added convenience and appearance features. The package adds at least $14,900 on top of the Colorado’s $42,590 starting point in that configuration. For buyers who want the look without going all-in, Chevy also offers lighter appearance packages for the trucks, with the Colorado version starting at $995.

Chevy is also tying the collection to a charitable effort, donating $250 from each Stars and Steel vehicle sold to a nonprofit supporting veterans. That gives the anniversary theme a little more substance beyond graphics and trim. While the name may sound tough, Chevy clarifies that Stars and Steel refers to the design theme rather than the vehicles being literally made of steel, which is especially amusing when you remember the Corvette’s long fiberglass and composite-body history. Either way, the collection gives Chevrolet a tasteful way to celebrate America’s semiquincentennial while giving Corvette and truck fans something a little more distinctive for 2026.
