ZF Aftermarket has introduced new TRW DTEC brake pads and discs aimed at helping workshops and fleets meet upcoming Euro 7 limits on brake particle emissions. According to the report, the components showed up to 80 per cent lower PM10 emissions in brake dynamometer testing compared with conventional pad‑and‑disc combinations. The company says the products also offer reduced wear, improved corrosion behaviour and reliable braking performance.

ZF is also presenting TRW DOT 4 Brake Fluid ESP Recycled, which contains 60 per cent post‑consumer recycled material calculated under ISO 14021. The company says the new fluid supports its broader sustainability efforts, which include a recent Gold rating from EcoVadis.
