The 2027 Cadillac Lyriq is now available to order. It’s only $200 more than last year’s model, but one key upgrade may make it worth the extra cost.

It’s been over four years now since the Lyriq went on sale as Cadillac’s first all-electric vehicle. Last year, Cadillac added the Lyriq-V, the brand’s fastest vehicle to date and first EV to wear the high-performance V badge.

For the 2027 model year, the Lyriq brings several upgrades. Arguably the biggest change is that the 2027 Lyriq now has a built-in NACS port, allowing drivers to access Tesla Superchargers without an adapter.

A GM spokesperson confirmed with Electrek last week that “all of our 2027 models will be updated with native NACS ports,” including Chevy, GMC, and Cadillac vehicles.

Outside of that, the 2027 Cadillac Lyriq is available with a handful of new interior paint and material options.

The Augmented Reality Head-Up Display is now standard only on the Lyriq-V and Lyriq V Premium models, not on the Signature Luxury or Luxury Sport trims, as it was with the 2026 model.

Prices for the 2027 Cadillac Lyriq start at $61,995, or $200 more than last year’s model. That’s for the standard Luxury RWD model.

All Lyriqs are equipped with a rear-wheel drive (RWD) powertrain. Upgrading to all-wheel drive (AWD) costs an extra $3,500.

The single-motor RWD models use a 102 kWh battery, providing an EPA-estimated driving range of up to 326 miles. The dual-motor AWD variants have a range of up to 319 miles, while the Lyriq-V gets 285 miles.

With charging speeds of up to 190 kW, Cadillac’s electric SUV can add about 86 miles in 10 minutes.
