- Zeekr Malaysia has added 3 authorized dealers, bringing its dealership outlets in Malaysia to 11.

Zeekr plans to nearly double its dealership outlets in Malaysia this year, showing the Geely-owned premium electric vehicle (EV) brand is accelerating its push in Southeast Asia.
Zeekr Malaysia said Tuesday it has signed agreements with 3 local dealers to expand its authorized sales and service network.
The partners are Quantum Motors Sdn Bhd, Wheelcorp Premium Sdn Bhd and Ghee Hua Co Sdn Bhd, covering Sri Manda City Bazaar in north Kuala Lumpur, Setia Alam and Kuching.
Zeekr currently has 11 dealership outlets in Malaysia. The brand plans to increase that number to 18 by the end of 2026 to cover more vehicle purchase and after-sales demand.
Zeekr said the expansion will strengthen its retail presence across Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia, while improving service convenience for local customers.

The company also said Zeekr has become the first Chinese premium auto brand to establish a presence in East Malaysia. The addition of the Kuching outlet extends its network into Malaysia’s eastern region.
In Sabah, where Zeekr has yet to establish a fixed outlet, Zeekr Malaysia has taken early service measures. The company sent a mobile after-sales team to Kota Kinabalu from June 27 to July 1 to provide owners with routine maintenance and full-vehicle inspections.
Zeekr also offered product experiences and briefings on its service system to potential users in the area. The company said it plans to open its first 3S center in Kota Kinabalu in 2027, providing sales, service and spare-parts support.
Zeekr entered the Malaysian market in December 2024, when it launched the Zeekr 009 MPV (multi-purpose vehicle) and the Zeekr X compact SUV (sport utility vehicle).
The company initially planned to deploy 6 stores in Malaysia, covering areas including Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Penang and Johor Bahru. Less than 2 years later, its local network is nearing 3 times that original plan.
Zeekr said in the statement that as its service system gradually improves, the company will accelerate new model introductions and continue expanding its base of premium EV customers.
The Zeekr brand delivered 35,169 vehicles in June, up 110.57% year-on-year and 2.30% from May, according to data compiled by CnEVPost.
