Atmus Filtration Technologies has released its 2025 Sustainability Report, outlining progress in people, planet and governance initiatives across its global operations. This is the company’s second annual sustainability report.
Atmus’ sustainability report says the company is working to reduce its environmental impact across a global footprint of 14 manufacturing facilities, five technical centers and 10 distribution centers on six continents. The report says Atmus is increasing renewable‑energy use, lowering water and raw‑material consumption and improving waste practices at its sites. It also says the company uses the UN Sustainable Development Goals, the SASB Auto Parts Standard and parts of the GRI Standards to guide its sustainability work.
“As a global company, we know it is a responsibility and privilege to influence and shape a sustainable future,” said Steph Disher, chief executive officer and president. “We are happy to share our progress in protecting our people, our customers and our planet.”
The report covers employee health and safety, inclusion and diversity, emissions reduction, resource use, product design, supply‑chain sustainability, corporate governance, ethics, data privacy and cybersecurity. It also highlights initiatives launched in 2025, including the company’s Safety Pledge campaign and its Design for Sustainability Standard engineering process.
Following its acquisition of Koch Filter Corporation earlier this year, Atmus says it is expanding sustainability efforts across its broader enterprise.
“Our business growth allows us to make an even bigger impact on protecting what is important, which, in turn, drives additional business growth,” said Jack Kienzler, senior vice‑president and chief financial officer.
