Whether you can claim the $109-per-month deal depends not only on your credit, but also on your location. Checking various zip codes through Hyundai’s incentives page, we found this deal being offered in the New York area and in parts of Pennsylvania and Massachusetts. When we set the zip code to parts of Arizona, Florida, and California, the offer disappeared from the incentives page.
Hyundai has not published a list of zip codes where the deal is being offered, so the only way to find out is to enter your zip code on the page. If you do live in an area where this deal is available, here are the vital details.

- You’re limited to 15,000 miles over the course of the full lease.
At a glance, this deal looks appealing. Reading the fine print, though, reveals that the total cost comes to around $6,506, or about $3,253 a year (the first payment is usually included in the signing costs), and lessees are only allowed to put half as many miles on the car as FuelEconomy.gov estimates a typical driver covers in that time.
For a certain type of driver — someone who just needs to get from point A to point B, doesn’t plan to keep the car for very long, and has a short commute — the offer might be perfect. If 7,500 miles a year sounds too tight, Hyundai’s other September deals offer more breathing room — and some cover higher trims that the base SE can’t match.

That’s more than the SE option, but it’s a higher trim, and the higher mileage allowance means fewer worries about every grocery run.

Central Florida lessees can get the Kona for $119 per month for 24 months with $3,999 due at signing. As with the $109/month deal, this one limits you to 7,500 miles per year. It is essentially the same deal, but it adds an extra $240 over the two-year term. Still, it’s nearly as strong a deal for those living at the southern end of the East Coast.
Georgia Lessees Can Get The Top Trim For $349 Per Month

At $349 per month for 36 months, with $750 off and $3,999 due at signing, the total comes to $15,464, or $5,154 a year. It’s not the cheapest deal on this list, but it covers the top trim level and allows 10,000 miles per year. It’s a solid deal for those who want a luxury-lite car without a lifelong commitment and the associated depreciation.
Some of these deals may be available in your area, others might not be. But they should give you an idea of what kind of offers Hyundai is making through the rest of September.
Hyundai Is Leading The Segment In Affordable Leases Right Now

Checking some of Hyundai’s competitors, we found the 2026 Crosstrek Base leasing in the Southeastern states for $235 per month for 36 months, limited to 10,000 miles per year, with $3,324 due at signing. That comes out to $3,850 per year — a few hundred dollars more than an entry-level Kona in the same region.
Honda has the 2027 HR-V up for grabs at $259 per month for 36 months, with $3,599 due at signing. It’s a newer model, but it carries the same 10,000-mile-per-year limit and comes to $4,221 per year. Mazda has offers in the low $200/month range for a Mazda CX-5, and Chevy will let you drive a Trax SUV for $299 a month, but none of them come close to Hyundai’s $109/mo offer.
