The battery-electric 845 version is built on an 800-volt high-voltage platform and uses a 91-kWh CATL (HKEX: 3750) battery pack, providing a CLTC range of 845 km and supporting 5C fast charging.
The 650 and 610 versions use 67-kWh battery packs and a 400-volt architecture, with batteries supplied by SAIC-backed Qingtao Energy.
The plug-in hybrid version is powered by a 1.5-liter hybrid-specific engine and a drive motor with a peak output of 152 kW, paired with a CATL lithium iron phosphate battery pack.
It has a CLTC battery-only range of 245 km and a combined range of 1,745 km, with fuel consumption of 2.91 liters per 100 km when the battery is depleted.
The MG 07 is the brand’s first model equipped with LiDAR and the first to use Momenta’s (HKEX: 6880) R7 world-model-based assisted-driving system, paired with an Xheart X7 chip dedicated to large AI models.
The cabin features a Qualcomm 8295P chip and a 15.6-inch 2.5K central infotainment display, along with a 21-speaker 7.1.4-channel audio system and a zero-gravity front passenger seat.

MG’s electric vehicle lineup currently on sale in China mainly consists of the MG4 series hatchbacks and the MG Cyberster convertible sports car.
The 29th Chengdu International Motor Show runs from August 21 to August 30 and is China’s first A-class Auto Show in the second half of the year.
